HYROX’s ‘road to the Olympics’ starts with World Triathlon deal

Three new Hybrid Racing formats aim to create opportunities for national federations. HYROX has teamed up with World Triathlon , declaring it is “officially on the road to the Olympics.” HYROX, which has surged in popularity since its first race in 2017, has signed an agreement with World Triathlon to institute Hybrid Racing as a recognised discipline within the World Triathlon family. The strategic partnership also makes the company the operator of the official World, Continental , and National Championships for elite Hybrid Racing athletes.
