Binance hack wallets shift 40 million XRP amid ongoing ETF inflows

A wallet labeled “Binance Hack 2026” transferred 40 million XRP, valued at approximately $50.49 million, to another anonymous account also labeled “Binance Hack 2026.” The on-chain movement indicates that the funds associated with the reported security breach are being actively utilized and transferred rather than left inactive in their initial wallets. The transfer does not confirm that the assets have been liquidated or moved to an exchange. At the end of October, a sharp increase in large XRP transfers occurred. During this period, roughly 283 million XRP were withdrawn from Binance, with whales’ net outflows reaching 226 million.
