Cardano Breaks Transaction Record With 1.78 Million in Six Days

Cardano has set a new transaction record after processing 1,780,896 transactions during Epoch 660, according to blockchain explorer Cexplorer.io. The milestone surpasses the previous record of 1,566,974 transactions recorded in Epoch 304, highlighting a sharp increase in activity on the Cardano network. The record comes as ADA gains ground in the crypto market. However, it remains unclear whether the increase in transaction activity signals sustained network growth or a temporary surge. Cexplorer data shows that Cardano processed nearly 1.8 million transactions between October 6 and October 11, 2026.
