Ripple CEO Drops Bombshell XRP Statement That Stuns XRP Army

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse used his opening remarks at Swell 2026 to directly address and dismiss claims that the company has been moving away from XRP in favor of its stablecoin, RLUSD. The rumors had gained enough traction that Garlinghouse chose to confront them publicly. He stated without ambiguity that Ripple would never take any action considered harmful to the XRP ecosystem.
