$130m Scottie Scheffler makes Tiger Woods-like fortune but still leaves millions on table with commercial approach

Scottie Scheffler, the number one golfer on the planet, is not interested in accepting every sponsorship deal that is presented to him. The American collected $64 million in prize money this year, adding to a career total that has eclipsed $130m following his Tour Championship victory in August. Despite a season without adding to his major tally of four, a $10m victory at East Lake also took Scheffler ahead of Tiger Woods on the PGA Tour ‘s all-time career earnings list.
