$900K Royal Slipper Tops Keeneland November Book 2 Finale

LEXINGTON, KY – The Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale concluded its Book 2 section with a day of brisk trade Thursday and the two-session book concluded with figures just shy of the auction's record-setting 2025 edition. A total of 411 horses sold through the ring during Book 2, for a gross of $78,018,000. The average of $189,825 dipped 1.5% from last year's figure of $192,804 and the median of $150,000 was down 6.25% from a year ago.
