An Tóchar end Wicklow wait as they swat aside Blessington

An Tóchar won their third-ever Wicklow senior title and a first since 1995 following a magnificent second-half performance against Blessington in Aughrim. Level 0-09 to 1-06 at half time, An Tóchar powered to victory - outscoring Blessington 12 points to one in the second half with player of the match Conor Fee hitting 10 points from play with five in each half. Following one of Wicklow football's greatest summers, it was always to be expected that this year’s county final would be an even bigger day then others gone by.
