After being diagnosed with a lumbar spine bone stress response and ruled out for at least two weeks on October 19, Sixers forward Dominick Barlow is set to meet with a specialist on Tuesday about his back injury, head coach Nick Nurse told reporters on Monday ( Twitter video link via Kyle Neubeck of PHLY Sports). While that may sound like an ominous update, Nurse clarified that Barlow has been doing some on-court work and said the hope is that the 76ers will get positive news tomorrow and be able to continue ramping up the 23-year-old’s activity.
