Awkward moment Youri Tielemans is asked about Lisandro Martinez’s stunning attack on Man Utd’s summer transfer business

YOURI TIELEMANS gave a frosty response when asked about Lisandro Martinez’s outburst about Manchester United’s transfer business. The Belgian midfielder, 29, was quizzed by a reporter after United’s 2-0 loss at Atletico Madrid in the Champions League on Tuesday night. The dismal result saw Martinez hit out at the board’s lack of investment in the squad in a bombshell interview. He claimed the squad was not good enough for top European competition and said boss Michael Carrick was not backed enough.
