Azaz moment of magic helps Southampton to derby win

A moment of magic from Finn Azaz ultimately proved decisive as Southampton ended a dramatic week with a memorable 1-0 derby win against Portsmouth. Tonda Eckert's men dug deep following Cameron Bragg’s red card to seal James Bree’s place in club folklore – and the goalscoer owed much to a superb pass that opened up the Pompey defence. It was a first apperance for Azaz after he sat out the Republic of Ireland’s two Nations League games with Israel with manager Heimir Hallgrimsson saying it was "tough" for Azaz , who is of Israeli heritage on his mother's side.
