Ballston Spa grad, former UAlbany standout Cook playing key role for Memphis men's soccer

Ethan Cook had three strong seasons on defense with the University at Albany men's soccer team, and he has continued to do the job at the University of Memphis. The 6-foot-3 senior from Ballston Spa, a Ballston Spa High graduate, is tied for the team lead in minutes played (992) and hasn't left the field in seven games to help the Tigers go 6-2-4 overall and 1-0-3 in the American Athletic Conference after a 3-0 conference victory over Temple on Sunday in Philadelphia. He has helped the Tigers give up just 11 goals with four shutouts.
