Bears LB Goes Unpunished Despite Hit on Darnold, Seahawks’ Offensive Collapse, Refs Under Fire & More as Williams, Simmons Lead Bears to MNF Win

Jeffery Simmons’ debut for the Chicago Bears in their Monday Night Football matchup against the Seattle Seahawks on November 2 was arguably one of the biggest talking points from the game. In his first official appearance in a Bears uniform, the defensive tackle recorded six tackles, two tackles for loss, and one sack. Caleb Williams also delivered an efficient performance, avoiding turnovers, taking just one sack, and throwing for 247 yards while completing 71% of his passes. Their contributions played a major role in helping the Bears secure an impressive 34-17 victory over the Seahawks.
