Bears reveal Jeffery Simmons’ new jersey number after massive trade with Titans

Jeffery Simmons has worn the No. 98 with great pride for the last eight years, but he will have a new number for his new team. The former Tennessee Titans defensive tackle will debut for the Chicago Bears Monday night versus the Seattle Seahawks, and he will do so as No. 99. Montez Sweat currently lays claim to No. 98, so the incoming Simmons will make a minor adjustment and begin a new legacy in The Windy City.
