Ben Shelton Set for Blockbuster Coaching Partnership

World No. 4 Ben Shelton is reportedly set to appoint Juan Carlos Ferrero as his coach for the 2027 season, ending months of speculation surrounding the Spaniard’s next move following his split with Carlos Alcaraz. According to an exclusive report from The Times , the American has turned to one of tennis’s most accomplished coaches as he looks to take the final step towards a maiden Grand Slam title. Ferrero, who guided Alcaraz from the age of 15 to six major championships, is not expected to replace Shelton’s father and longtime coach, Bryan.
