Bills’ Josh Allen happy to finally win an NFL overtime game after 0-7 start

Josh Allen can finally cross one stubborn item off his NFL bucket list. After years of overtime heartbreak, the Buffalo Bills quarterback earned his first career win in extra time on Monday night. He helped his team outlast the Los Angeles Rams, 37-34, in a thrilling Week 5 showdown at SoFi Stadium. Allen entered the contest with an 0-7 record in overtime games. That made Buffalo’s dramatic victory a particularly satisfying breakthrough. The Bills sealed it after a blocked Rams field-goal attempt set the stage for Tyler Bass to nail a 45-yard game-winner.
