Bills sign cornerback, play him 46 snaps, then release him one day later

One day after releasing outside linebacker Mike Danna and promoting cornerback Anthony Kendall from the practice squad, Buffalo reversed the moves Tuesday. He played 31 of Buffalo's 82 defensive snaps and 15 more on special teams in Monday night's 37-34 overtime victory over the Los Angeles Rams , filling in at nickel cornerback with Dee Alford sidelined by an ankle injury. Buffalo signed Kendall from the practice squad Monday to help cover its injuries in the secondary. The Bills released Danna to create the roster spot.
