Blackhawks: Overreaction trade Chicago must make to help Connor Bedard

The Chicago Blackhawks are not off to a great start in 2026-27. Connor Bedard and his teammates are currently second-to-last in the Western Conference with nine points. They are 4-10-1 this year, only slotting higher than the Vancouver Canucks in the standings. The Blackhawks were not supposed to be this far down in 202-27. Yes, it’s still early. Chicago and the rest of the NHL are playing an 84-game schedule for the first time since the 1993-94 season. Right now, this team is only 15 games into that schedule.
