Brewers’ Christian Yelich reveals origin of bazooka celebration with William Contreras

William Contreras has given the Milwaukee Brewers plenty to celebrate this postseason, and his teammates are not entirely sure where his latest celebration came from. After Milwaukee’s 7-4 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 2 of the National League Championship Series on Monday, Christian Yelich joined the “MLB on FOX” postgame crew of Kevin Burkhardt, Alex Rodriguez, David Ortiz and Derek Jeter on the field at American Family Field. The crew wanted to know the story behind the bazooka celebration Contreras has been breaking out. Yelich admitted the origin was a bit of a mystery even to him.
