British boxing could be boosted by arrival of £1.2 billion venue for major events as changes made

West Ham’s London Stadium could be about to become a major player in hosting British boxing events. Stadium fights for the sport on British soil have become the norm, with the likes of Anthony Joshua , Tyson Fury and Daniel Dubois regularly holding events in front of mega crowds. Wembley Stadium was traditionally the main host for big fights, but the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has also become a major player in London after its construction in 2019.
