Buccaneers can breathe sign of relief with injury update coming out of Week 8 shutout win

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers received some encouraging news regarding YaYa Diaby after the outside linebacker exited Sunday’s shutout win over the Atlanta Falcons with a knee injury. The Bucs won 16-0, and Baker Mayfield did not complete a pass. According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, Diaby suffered a Grade 2 MCL sprain and is expected to miss a few weeks. Although the fourth-year defender will be sidelined for some time, the injury is not expected to end his season. That is a major relief for Tampa Bay.
