Buccaneers vs. Falcons: Initial injury report for Week 8

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers released their initial injury report Wednesday ahead of their Week 8 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons, with three players sitting out practice and two others participating on a limited basis. Running back Kenny Gainwell (hip), offensive tackle Luke Goedeke (calf) and linebacker Josiah Trotter (illness) were all listed as non-participants to begin the week. Wide receiver Emeka Egbuka, who continues to deal with concussion and foot injuries, was limited in practice. Outside linebacker Yaya Diaby was also limited due to an illness. There was some encouraging news for Tampa Bay, however.
