'Can't worry about the past': Texas A&M players discuss Week 7 mindset

Texas A&M football is looking to find its identity in Week 7 , as it prepares for its final non-conference contest of the 2026 season on Saturday against The Citadel . The Aggies return to Kyle Field to host the Bulldogs for only the second time in program history, with the last meeting between the two teams being a 35-3 win for Texas A&M in 2006. Third-year head coach Mike Elko has led his team to a 3-3 record (1-3 in SEC play) through the first six weeks of the season, including an ugly 27-6 loss to the Missouri Tigers.
