Christopher Bell’s Martinsville Race Unravels as Carson Hocevar Accused of Intentional Spin

Christopher Bell’s promising afternoon at Martinsville Speedway took a disastrous turn Sunday, and his crew chief wasn’t convinced the caution that changed everything was an accident.
