Colts’ Trade Proposal Sends Josh Downs to Rams for Solid Return

The Indianapolis Colts have a week to do something with Josh Downs. The talented slot receiver is on an expiring contract and has requested a trade. The NFL’s trade deadline is Tuesday, Nov. 10, and it would be shocking to see Indy pass that date with Downs still on their roster. It’s just a matter of figuring out who will take Downs and what they’ll send in return. There are plenty of ideas floating around out there, but a new one on Tuesday brings some strong intrigue, because it would send Downs to the Los Angeles Rams.
