Colts turn to Anthony Richardson with Jags up 42-7 in fourth quarter

Anthony Richardson replaced Daniel Jones after a Jaguars punt with 11:45 left to play in Sunday’s game in Jacksonville. The move was due to the 42-7 Jaguars lead rather than any injury issue with the Colts’ starter. Richardson is making his first appearance of the season and he only had a pair of cameo appearances last season before his season-ending eye injury, so this will be his first extended playing time since the 2024 season.
