Dan Campbell visibly emotional in Lions locker room after star left motionless by brutal injury

Worrying scenes overshadowed the Detroit Lions’ 19-15 win over the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday. Lions All-Pro linebacker Jack Campbell was carted off the field on a backboard in the fourth quarter after attempting a hit on Vikings tight end T.J. Hockenson left him motionless on the turf. Lions star Aidan Hutchinson was left in tears on the field as he rallied his team to help get the victory and hand their division rivals their first loss of the 2026 season. Campbell, meanwhile, was immediately taken to hospital for testing.
