Dan Lanning Faces Growing Concern After Oregon WR’s Arrest Marks Fourth Vehicle-Related Incident in the Program

Oregon has a football problem that has little to do with what happens between the lines. Dan Lanning is now dealing with another off-field issue involving one of his players. A freshman WR is facing serious charges following an alleged police pursuit. Kezi9sports’ Brett Austin Taylor reported that Messiah Hampton, one of the Ducks’ promising young receivers, was arrested Friday and booked into Lane County Jail. The 18-year-old faces two felony counts of attempting to elude police and a misdemeanor reckless driving charge, according to jail records.
