Dolphins claim WR Jared Wayne off of waivers

They announced that they have claimed Jared Wayne off of waivers from the Texans. Ryan Miller was waived to create room for Wayne on the roster in Miami. Wayne played in all five Texans games this season, but was the odd man out after the team acquired Marvin Harrison Jr. in a trade with the Cardinals. He had four catches for 65 yards and also saw time on special teams while with Houston. Wayne played in four games for the Texans over the previous two seasons. He had two catches for 20 yards in those contests.
