Ducks’ Cutter Gauthier pulls off historic feat with goal-scoring barrage vs. Canucks

While the Anaheim Ducks have gotten off to an inconsistent start to the 2026-27 season just months after advancing to the Western Conference Semifinal in the spring, they’ve rattled off two straight wins and, on Tuesday night, exacted some revenge against a divisional opponent. The Ducks, who were beaten 6-5 in OT by the Vancouver Canucks last week after initially leading 5-2, improved to 7-7-1 with a 5-4 win over Vancouver at Rogers Arena. Helping to make it possible was forward Cutter Gauthier, who remained red-hot by scoring his second consecutive hat trick.
