Former IU, Lawrence North player CJ Gunn ruled ineligible to play for Missouri. What we know

CJ Gunn , who starred at Lawrence North High School and played two seasons at Indiana , has been ruled ineligible to play for Missouri this season by the Southeastern Conference . The conference ruled him ineligible after he earned $524 for playing three games in the Canadian Elite Basketball League, according to CBS Sports. Although he repaid his team, league policy disqualifies him from playing. He sought eligibility for this season under the NCAA's "5-in-5" rule and was granted a temporary restraining order by a court in Dallas. He joined the Mizzou basketball roster in September.
