Former NFL star Bob Heinz, who was member of the undefeated 1972 Miami Dolphins team, dies at 79

Heinz was a member of the 1972 Miami Dolphins team that went 14-0 in the regular season then won three postseason games including Super Bowl VII against the Washington Redskins. He played defensive line on the famed 'No-Name Defense', a term coined by Dallas Cowboys head coach Tom Landry regarding the unit's lack of high-profile players, and won two Super Bowls with the organization during his career. Heinz was drafted in the second round in 1969 out of the University of Pacific and played for the Dolphins until 1977, before finishing his career with one final season in Washington.
