Green Bay Packers face scrutiny for how they handled Christian Watson’s injury vs. Carolina Panthers

Christian Watson was one of the biggest talking points in the Green Bay Packers ‘ 27-19 Week 8 win over the Carolina Panthers, as he came back from a serious rib injury to finish with a team-high 113 receiving yards on eight catches (10 targets). While this was a feel-good story for many, others have taken issue with how the Green Bay Packers handled Watson’s injury, given that the NFL continues to deal with fallout from the Philadelphia Eagles’ Jalen Hurts situation, where the one-time Super Bowl MVP was discovered to have blood clots.
