Green Bay Packers get intriguing trade suggestion ahead of Patriots matchup

The Green Bay Packers have been linked to an unexpected trade target ahead of their upcoming matchup with the New England Patriots. With the NFL trade deadline nearing, Sports Illustrated’s Jacob Westendorf has suggested that Green Bay explore a deal for Patriots defensive tackle Christian Barmore. Barmore, 27, is under a four-year, $84 million contract and has reportedly attracted interest from several teams after seeing his role reduced in New England. His potential trade cost could also make the former second-round selection an intriguing option for Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst.
