Josh Jacobs admits to feeling rusty in Green Bay Packers’ Week 7 loss vs. Detroit Lions

Josh Jacobs returned to action for the Green Bay Packers in their 20-17 Week 7 loss to the Detroit Lions after spending the first six weeks on the NFL’s exempt list stemming from an offseason incident with a former partner. In his 2026 debut, Jacobs rushed for 36 yards on 11 carries and had five receptions for 55 yards and one touchdown. In his postgame interview, the three-time Pro Bowler admitted he had to shake off rust after missing many games for the Green Bay Packers.
