Kantserov & Teravainen Score Twice, Blackhawks Top Penguins in Bedard’s Return

The Chicago Blackhawks (2-5-0) got a major lineup boost on Tuesday, and it helped earn a major win over the Pittsburgh Penguins (3-3-1) at the United Center. Captain Connor Bedard made his 2026-27 regular-season debut against the Penguins after missing the first six games while rehabbing from offseason shoulder surgery. As it turns out, the Blackhawks are a much better hockey team when Bedard is in the lineup. Groundbreaking news, right?
