Football finance expert Kieran Maguire believes Manchester City could be hit with a bill of more than a million pounds, as well as having a points deduction after being found guilty of 115 charges of financial breaches by the Premier League. An independent commission found the Citizens guilty of all 115 charges against them, ranging from 2009 to 2018, during which time they won the Premier League title three times.
