LeBron James joining the Philadelphia 76ers was a big story of the offseason. He helped form a tremendous starting five in Philly, but that should not make people ignore what is happening with the Miami Heat . They also had a superb summer, as they traded for Giannis Antetokounmpo. It might have been a big trade package, but it seems team president Pat Riley has retooled the roster to make them contenders in the Eastern Conference. The Heat are one of the most hyped-up teams ahead of the 2026-27 season and for good reason.
