Liverpool 0-3 Manchester City LIVE REACTION: Visitors overcome booing home crowd to smash ten-man Reds

Manchester City’s return to Premier League action saw them beat ten-man Liverpool 3-0 at Anfield. It was the first game since the guilty verdict on serious financial breaches landed, and after a lot of outside noise, Enzo Maresca’s side dispatched the Reds. The game was even until Ryan Gravenberch picked up a red card for two yellows in quick succession. From there, Erling Haaland lashed home, Jeremy Doku bent in a beauty and Rayan Cherki finished a brilliant team move. It takes City back to the top of the table as the process against them rumbles on.
