Liverpool transfer news: Andoni Iraola learns £59m price of Arsenal target as 'concrete' steps for January signing touted

Brentford forward Kevin Schade will cost Liverpool more than €70m (£59.13m) in the January transfer window, the latest report has revealed. The Reds are back in action on Wednesday, when they take on LASK Linz in the Champions League, and they will be desperate to bounce back from their defeat on Sunday against Manchester City . Andoni Iraola 's side lost 3-0, and while his players defended admirably until Ryan Gravenberch's red card after the hour mark, they created concerningly little in the final third.
