Mark Sanchez reaches tentative agreement to settle lawsuit over near-fatal brawl with truck driver

Mark Sanchez has reached a tentative agreement to settle a lawsuit over a near-fatal brawl with a truck driver which saw him stabbed and arrested in October 2025. Sanchez was charged with battery causing serious injury, unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and public intoxication after a fight left 69-year-old truck driver Perry Tole injured. Last month, his attorneys filed a motion for him to enter a guilty plea in the criminal case, but gave no indication in the September 3 filing to which charges he planned to plead guilty.
