Matthias Jaissle issues hands-off warning to club regarding potential Newcastle sale

Newcastle boss Matthias Jaissle won’t let Joe Willock go without a fight. Willock, who is in the final 12 months of his Toon deal, was the subject of heavy interest from Besiktas in the summer. Besiktas president Serdal Adali even claimed he flew Willock’s family out to Istanbul and they picked out a house, only for the 27-year-old to stay put. Despite the transfer setback, Adali vowed to return for Willock in January, stating ‘we really need him here’.
