Mets have 'clearest' need for Tarik Skubal over Dodgers, Yankees

The New York Mets could be in the race for the best starting pitcher in the Majors this winter. Tarik Skubal is an impending free agent, and the Los Angeles Dodgers would almost certainly make an offer to the two-time Cy Young Award winner. However, the Dodgers and Yankees both have strong starting rotations, including pitchers like Cam Schlittler, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Max Fried, and Blake Snell.
