For some of the routine tankers of recent years, that's been the lesson here of the first two weeks of the NBA season--and it figures to drive the NBA trade rumor mill for the coming months. The Sacramento Kings are off to an 0-6 start, and the Nets are 0-5. The Bulls are 1-5, as are the Jazz.
