Next Gen Stats: Bills' Josh Allen run against the Rams was historic

With the Bills passing game stuck for most of the 37-34 overtime win over the Los Angeles Rams , Allen kept taking off whenever the pocket broke down. According to NFL Next Gen Stats , he picked up 107 yards on scrambles alone. Nobody has gained more that way in a game this season, and only two performances have topped it since tracking began in 2016. Then there is the bigger number. Allen now has two 100-yard scramble games in that span, and every other player in the league combined also has two.
