Notre Dame football CB DJ McKinney could have BYU intel to share

SOUTH BEND — Like the rest of the Notre Dame football roster, fifth-year cornerback DJ McKinney has never played in Provo, Utah against Brigham Young. The two-time transfer, however, did face the Cougars in each of the past three seasons while playing in the Big 12 Conference with Oklahoma State and Colorado. In that regard, he figures to be a valuable resource this week for his new coaches and teammates with the Irish.
