Notre Dame football writer shares intriguing Leonard Moore take after not starting vs. Navy

The Notre Dame football team hopes to win enough games this season to return to the College Football Playoff. Notre Dame is in action on Saturday against Navy. A Fighting Irish beat writer is making an interesting admission ahead of the game. “Notable for Notre Dame … Leonard Moore doesn’t get the start. You wonder if he’ll be a healthy scratch to rest up for Miami. Corners are Christian Gray and Jayden Sanders,” The Athletic’s Pete Sampson posted to X, formerly Twitter. The Fighting Irish are heavily favored to defeat Navy on Saturday.
