Nuggets’ Aaron Gordon Delivers Humbling Warning to Warriors Rookie Yaxel Lendeborg

The Denver Nuggets’ Aaron Gordon has a message for Golden State Warriors rookie Yaxel Lendeborg: Talent alone will not spare anyone from being humbled in the NBA. Gordon delivered that warning while reflecting on his own career. His explanation centered on how changing his role helped him find championship success in Denver. Speaking in a conversation shared by Forty Media, Gordon encouraged Lendeborg to remain committed through difficult stretches. He described a league filled with players capable of challenging anyone’s perception of himself. The advice carried weight because Gordon included his own experience rather than simply lecturing a rookie.
