Locke III is finally returning from the IR. Reports indicate that the 29-year-old is activated from the IR after dealing with a torn plantar fascia in his foot that he sustained in the Cowboys’ 37-20 Week 2 win over the Washington Commanders, according to Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network.
