Patrick Bailey evens the score vs. Rays with solo Guardians home run

Patrick Bailey has come through for the Cleveland Guardians once again in the 2026 MLB Playoffs. This time around, he hit a solo home run in Game 1 of Cleveland’s American League Championship Series against the Tampa Bay Rays on Monday at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg. With the Guardians trailing, 2-1, and nobody out, in the seventh inning, Bailey smacked a mammoth 436-foot solo blast off Rays starter Drew Rasmussen to tie the score, 2-2.
