The Charlotte Hornets put forth a disappointing effort Friday night, falling short to the Washington Wizards 95-79. The Hornets struggled to put the ball through the hoop, scoring just 13 points in the third quarter and shooting 30% from the field throughout the contest. Of all 13 players to appear in the contest for Charlotte, only two finished with a field goal percentage of 50% or better, those being Tidjane Salaun (2-for-2) and Ryan Kalkbrenner (1-for-1), who combined for six points. Brandon Miller led the team in scoring, as he's done all year, finishing with 19 points.
